FALLS CHURCH, Va. - Did you know you can ask to have Tricare copayments waived for certain COVID-19 testing and office visits related to the testing? This applies to tests and visits on or after March 18.
This may apply to you if you paid any copayments for certain testing and the resulting office visits with a Tricare network or non-network provider. The test must be one approved, cleared, or authorized by the Food and Drug Administration to detect SARS-CoV-2 or diagnose COVID-19. To apply for a reimbursement, file a factual appeal for reimbursement.

NEW LONDON, Conn. - “May The Fourth Be With You!” From the Virtual Concert Hall via Livestream, your United States Coast Guard Band performs the music of John Williams, John Philip Sousa, Oscar Navarro, and Alfred Reed. This performance of previously recorded concert music includes oboe soloist Musician 1st Class Leah Bedard, and a special appearance by former director of the Band, Captain Kenneth Megan, USCG, Ret. In this timely release, the Band incorporates music from Star Wars by the legendary Hollywood film composer John Williams. Through the Virtual Concert Hall, the Coast Guard Band remains committed to representing the men and women of our service and highlighting the talents of our excellent musicians.
Due to concerns regarding the spread of Coronavirus, the Coast Guard Band will not be performing for live audiences until further notice. In the meantime, please enjoy virtual performances via YouTube by searching “United States Coast Guard Band” and subscribing. Now is the time for vehicle owners to register to participate in the 13th Annual Touch A Truck to take place Sept. 26, at McCook Point Park in Niantic, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Rain date is Sept. 27) This unique event is co-sponsored by the Thames West Auxiliary of Child and Family Agency of Southeastern Connecticut and the East Lyme Parks and Recreation Department.
Increase your visibility, help educate the children, and join in this family fun event. You will be in good company with the East Lyme Parks & Recreation Vehicles, the East Lyme Public Works Vehicles, East Lyme Police Cruisers, Limousines, Buses, Fire Trucks, CGA Rescue Boats, Humvees, School Buses, Aerial Lift Trucks and Checker Cabs.
In past years the event has seen 2,000 visitors in attendance to meet our truckers and to explore their participating vehicle. We hope that you will join us.
