Digital Program: Skills for Stress!

We have all been enduring challenging times. The coronavirus pandemic and its consequent social distancing measures, isolation, changes to our daily routines, and ongoing uncertainty have had a damaging impact on people's mental and emotional health. Now is the time to learn skills for stress management to improve our daily lives and lessen anxieties about the future.

Join us with Francine Figueroa, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, to learn and practice healthy skills for stress management, Oct. 17 from 11 a.m. to noon. These skills are informed by cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) practices. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the seminar.

Registration is required to attend this program. You will receive a Zoom invitation the morning of the program.
