Donors of all blood types – especially type O – are needed to help ensure hospitals are prepared the moment trauma patients and others arrive.
Your help is needed to ensure enough blood is on the shelves when every second matters.
The American Red Cross urges Donors who are feeling healthy and well to give now, to ensure blood is available for emergencies.
Naval Submarine Base New London and the American Red Cross will be holding a Blood Drive, Monday, October 5th.
Donors are strongly encouraged to schedule an appointment by:
• Visiting redcrossblood.org ;

All Donors MUST wear a face covering to the Blood Drive. If they do not have one, a mask will be provided. Temperatures will be checked prior to entering the room. Donors will need to have a Photo-ID.
