MYSTIC, Conn. - Join us for this exciting new Meditation series at the Mystic & Noank Library! The class, which will go for an hour and a half, will meet Fridays at 10:30 a.m. for five weeks on the following dates (the room that the class is held in may vary): Oct. 12, 19, and 26; Nov. 2 and 9.

Heartfulness is a simple and natural path of heart-centered wellness that fosters balance, peace and wellbeing. The introductory practices include a relaxation exercise and a Heartfulness meditation. This approach to wellness centers on using the heart to guide us on our journey to personal development and inner enrichment. By focusing our attention on the heart, we gradually learn to regulate the mind while exploring the secrets of the heart. With continued practice, Heartfulness can enable you to reach profound depths of meditation and achieve inner transformation.
