NEW LONDON, Conn. - The Eastern Connecticut Symphony Chorus (ECSC) is currently seeking singers for the rest of the 2018-2019 season. The ECSC offers singers a unique opportunity to join a musical enterprise of symphonic proportion in southeastern Connecticut. Individuals selected for a position in the chorus will have the opportunity to perform Mozart’s "‘Coronation’ Mass in C Major" April 27 with the Eastern Connecticut Symphony Orchestra at the Garde Arts Center.

Auditions will take place Jan. 23 at Harkness Chapel on the Connecticut College campus starting at 5:30 p.m. Auditions are by appointment only. Participants are expected to prepare two songs of symphonic, hymn or church music. Those auditioning will also be asked to vocalize and sight read. Participants should bring the piano accompaniment scores of their chosen songs to the audition. An accompanist will be provided.
