We in Medical Home Port strive to do our best to protect and care for our patient, staff, and tenant command populations. NMRTC New England clinics do not currently have COVID-19 testing or specimen collection capabilities.
If you have fever/cough/shortness of breath, or you have been exposed to a person with a positive COVID-19 test, we kindly ask that you call us right away at 1-888-628-9633. You will be connected with one of our nurses, who will discuss your symptoms and risk factors with you over the phone and determine the best course of action. This may mean visiting your nearest emergency department, consultation with the local health department, or simply staying home.
We remain committed to making sure all our beneficiaries are cared for and will coordinate any necessary outside referrals, testing, or treatment that may be required for this infection. Thank you for your understanding and support.
