GROTON, Conn. - The Bill Memorial Library invites children in grades 1 through 5 to their final art program in a monthly series presented by the Lyman Allyn Art Museum. On Dec. 14 from 2 to 3 p.m., Sophia Gipstein from the Lyman Allyn Art Museum will lead kids in a project based on the book “If Picasso Painted a Snowman” by Amy and Gregg Newbold. Participants will paint their own snow people inspired by artists like Picasso, Pollack, O’Keeffe, and Delaunay.
